Greetings friends and travelers!

We're always looking for fiendly, mature people to join our ranks. We are a casual group of Lord of the Rings Online gamers on the Landroval server who've come together with one common goal in mind: to help each other in exploring, questing, and enjoying Middle Earth. We care about the player behind the character(s) more than your characters' builds.

You might be asking "what makes us special"? Feel free to forge your own answers, but in the mean time, let us offer a few:

• Membership Flexibility. We strive to be a dual OOC and IC guild. Regardless of your interest in Role-playing, you'll always find a home here. We are casual, OOC first, but we encourage RP and RP events. The choice is yours. We don't require background stories for members, but we do encourage it if you're interested in RPing.



• Kinship Survivability. When the next-generation MMORPG is released, why worry about losing friends to switch guilds that focus on that new world? Soldiers of Valor (SoV) plans on lasting beyond our current LOTRO gameplay. The kinship name itself is not restricted to any one MMORPG. SoV plans on keeping guilds active in the games where we exist, provided the interest and active membership is still there.



• In-game Help. The most frustrating aspect of any kinship is joining only to have no one interested in helping the new people. May it be quests, or just time spend together to get to know each other, being involved with all of our members is paramount. We should always strive to help each other, even if it means scheduling help in the near-future.



• No-nonesense. We're here to enjoy the game and each other's company. We want to focus on grouping and helping each other truly enjoy LOTRO. More importantly, we want to do this while building lasting bonds through cooperation, respect, and friendship. A no drama policy and in depth view of what we mean by maturity will help us focus on our goals and victories.
  
  
  
• Unity and shared values. We all volunteer to help each other through a range of contributions, from friendly communication to in-game questing assistance. As members, we make a commitment to friendship and respect for one another that transcends our characters' levels, equipment, and progression in Middle Earth. Join us to share values, friendships, and our passion for all things LOTRO.
